FINE DINING IN NORTH WALES

Each month we hold a pop-up restaurant at differing venues that takes the AmberMaze fine dining experience to another level.

Using produce from North Wales’ farmers and artisan producers we create a seasonal tasting menu which showcases the fine food in our locality to create a snapshot of exactly what is in season in our area.

Many of the dishes include foraged ingredients collected within a three mile radius of our home in Holywell which is a great passion of our head chef, Chad.
